[Hard Work and Heritage: Giving New Life to the Art of Rubber]

Many people think that recycling rubber is a highly profitable business. But only when you walk into the hot factory and hear the loud noise of machines running day and night, will you truly understand that this is a path full of sweat and challenges.

Our job is to collect waste and leftover materials from chemical plants. Through many careful steps, we give them a new life. To us, this is not just a business. It is the solid foundation and precious skill built by our former chairman and his generation with their own hands. Every piece of rubber that leaves our factory carries the hard work and determination of the older generation.

However, times keep changing. As many manufacturing companies in Taiwan move away, those of us who stay are facing bigger tests than ever before. The market asks for better quality, and the rules for protecting the environment are getting stricter. We know very well that our old ways are no longer enough to meet today's challenges.

To keep this craft alive and deeply rooted in Taiwan, we chose to bravely change and grow.

We have made big improvements to our factory environment and strictly control the dust. We carefully figure out the cost of every ton we make and keep finding better ways to run our production. More importantly, we see every hard-working coworker on the factory floor as a necessary part of our "shared family." We know that in these changing times, we can only stand strong if we work together as one.

Passing down the spirit left by our former chairman has never meant staying stuck in the past. Keeping our original goals in our hearts, we use better management and newer skills to survive and grow on this land.

IanTeai will keep moving forward. We believe that this deeply tested rubber not only has the strength needed for industry, but also holds the special warmth and true value of Taiwan's traditional crafts.
