China Initiates EPDM Anti-Dumping Expiry Review; Duties Continue on US, Korean, and EU Imports

China's Ministry of Commerce announced the launch of an expiry review of anti-dumping measures on imported Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber originating from the United States, South Korea, and the European Union, effective December 20th. This action follows an application from the domestic Chinese industry, arguing that dumping and injury would recur if the measures were terminated. During the one-year investigation period (ending by December 20, 2025), existing high anti-dumping duties on EPDM imports from these three regions will remain in force. Meanwhile, anti-dumping measures against EPDM imports from the UK have expired and are terminated.
